2. TEXT MESSAGES AND CALLS
By providing your phone number and using the Platform, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, use your mobile phone number for calls and, if such phone number is a mobile number, for text (SMS) messages, in order to assist with facilitating the requested Professional Services. Standard call or message charges or other charges from your phone carrier may apply to calls or text (SMS) messages we send you. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages from us by advising us of your decision to opt out via (i) email at firstname.lastname@example.org, (ii) phone at 404-720-8282 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)
3. JOB IS COMPLETED WITH FINAL INSPECTION PROCESS/DOCUMENT
Once your crew has completed their turnkey assignment for you, they will present the home owner with a final inspection form. The client agrees to inspect the entire area which was cleaned by Lizzy's Cleaning Services, LLC and sign-off once we have passed their inspection. The assignment will be considered completed at that time and Lizzy's Cleaning Services, LLC will not be required to return as job is officially concluded. If the client skips the final inspection, the job is considered complete without return visit. Client agrees that billable rate begins, without refund, once cleaning begins. Client agrees to voice any concern early and that at any time the job can be terminated by either party if there is a discrepancy.
4. TRIP CHARGE
Client agrees to compensate their crew $35 if they fail to reach agreements #6 Guaranteed Access, #7 Water and Power Turned On and #8 Lizzy's Cleaning Services, LLC will be the only company onsite while performing cleaning.
5. NO DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH CLEANING CREWS UNTIL JOB HAS BEEN COMPLETED
The client agrees that any and all requests, suggestions, instructions or scheduling requests go through our client service at 404-720-8282. Our cleaning crews are instructed to focus on checking their work and striving for quality. In order to get the very best from our crews, we allow them to operate independently from direct monitoring. We welcome feedback and participation at the end of the job, during the final inspection phase of the job, so we can fine tune and customize our service to our valued clients vision and expectations if necessary.
Attorney fees-The parties agree that in the event Lizzy's Cleaning is required to hire an attorney with regard to enforcement of the terms of this contract, or otherwise protect its rights according to law, then the client is obligated to pay all attorney fees and costs incurred by Lizzy's Cleaning in its enforcement. Client agrees not to commit insurance fraud, online libel or harassment to Lizzy's Cleaning representatives. Respectful and civil communication for all business dealings is agreed upon as standard and beratement or hostile treatment towards service or office personal will be cause for termination of business relationship.
6. GURANTEED ACCESS
Client agrees to provide guaranteed access so Lizzy's Cleaning can begin their assignment per agreed upon start time. Lizzy's Cleaning operates on a schedule and we respectfully request that we are able to stay on schedule with Guaranteed Access in the form of a realtor lockbox, garage door code or hidden key.
7. WATER AND POWER TURNED ON
It is common when changing owners to also have to change bills. Lizzy's Cleaning respectfully requires that the client perform due diligence making certain the water and power are turned on so we can perform top quality service for your valued clients.
8. NO OTHER COMPANIES ON SITE WHILE CLEANING IS BEING PERFORMED
Client agrees to not schedule Lizzy's Cleaning Services, LLC in tight windows where other companies or operations could potentially impede our progress. Moving companies, construction, painting etc. creates a situation where we are not able to be fully productive and the client agrees to orchestrate their schedule to allow Lizzy's Cleaning entire access to the home without interruption.
9. PAYMENT DAY OF SERVICE
Client agrees to pay by Credit/Debit card, Cash or Check the day of service. If paying by cash or check, and you won't be home, please leave the payment on the counter top for the cleaners to find it. If there is no payment left on the counter, Lizzy's Cleaning reserves the right to cancel the cleaning appointment for the day ($50 cancellation fee would apply). Lizzy's Cleaning does not accept Pay Pal but if client requests to use this service there is a 3% service fee and payment must be made before day of service. After the cleaner has rendered the Professional Service, we will charge the client's credit card for the Professional Services, as well as for all extra fees or expenses associated with Professional Services that the client may have requested by means other than the Platform. The client hereby authorizes us to charge the credit card on file in the client's Platform account for such amounts at any time after the cleaner has rendered the Professional Services. We will use Stripe to process credit card information. We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to place a hold on the client's credit card once that client has scheduled the Professional Services.
10. PRICES AND OTHER CHANGES
We use the number of bedrooms/bathrooms to estimate the time it will take to complete your home. Final price may be subject to visual inspection. An additional charge applies if the cleaners have to de-clutter and move things around in order to clean or scope requires more work/time than estimated. Any work that goes 30+ min over the estimated time will be billed at the hourly rate of $29/cleaner per hour for the extra time spent.
Any changes to your living situation, such as additional rooms, or any that were not included in the original quote request must be reported and adjusted for recurring services. These changes may increase the time spent in your home and will require that your price be reevaluated.
All Professionals offering Cleaning Services will have been subjected to background checks. However, each Client should exercise caution and common sense to protect his/her personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with any person whom you do not know. Lizzy's Cleaning Services recommends that valuables be stored away or placed in a safe on the day of cleaning.
11. REASONABLE MARGIN OF ERROR
It is understood by the client that Lizzy's Cleaning crews are not perfect, there will be a small 1% margin of error no matter how experienced your crew is. We follow strict procedures regarding quality control and inspecting their work before they leave. Lizzy's Cleaning applies advanced certification, monitoring, positive reinforcement and logistical routing to maximize the time spent in the home. Having stated this, our crews are human beings, there will be a small margin of error. There will always be very small details missed as even the most senior crews. Our claim will be excellent quality and professionalism but we certainly are not perfect. The client agrees not to hold Lizzy's Cleaning Services, LLC to a standard of perfection and allow for operation with very strong quality as the standard.
12. DAMAGE CLAIMS
In the rare event the Lizzy's Cleaning Services result in damage to your property, the client shall (i) notify Lizzy's Cleaning within 72 hours of the Professional Services and (ii) submit a claim to Lizzy's Cleaning within fourteen (14) business days.
